If your interested in travelling solo or with friends & family and booking your own private fitness training camp which can range from a long weekend, week or month then I'm here to provide you with my training and massage services. You book your own accommodation and flights and let me know the dates you arrive and what training and services you require for you and your group and I will do the rest. I've worked as an instructor on many training camps, fitness retreats, weight loss bootcamps and can provide everything from training, stretching, yoga, massage and nutrition all in a unique and fun way tailored to suite your needs.

Fitness Boot Camp

23rd September - 30th September 2018

Join us for our 7-day Fitness Bootcamp at Tulum Jungle Gym with Katie and Lesley.
Workout in paradise with your loved one, friends, family or solo at the worlds most famous gym located on the Caribbean Sea with International athletes and trainers Katie and Lesley who are ready to put you through gruelling & unique martial arts, strength and conditioning & HIIT workouts that you want find anywhere else in the world.  


Sample Schedule of Retreat

Daily Schedule:

7am: Coffee (pre workout)

8am: Jungle Gym HIIT/Circuit/Boxing/Strength & Conditioning  

9.15: Protein shake

Free time for you to book excursions, tours, hang on the beach or get a massage

4pm: Jungle Gym Body Boot Camp/ Weight Training/Mobility/Stretch    

Your free to choose your location for your own evening meal and entertainment

Hotel Info

The Ahau and Alaya Hotels are both environmentally conscious resorts and guest houses offering a magical experience. Both are located on the beach of Tulum, a truly unique place tucked away in the jungle a few km from the Jungle Gym. Please view the hotels before booking.

All hotels above are located within walking distance from the Jungle Gym. There are also a number of airbnb’s and bed and breakfast located in Tulum town where you would need to hire a bike or taxi t bring you to and from the jungle gym for your workouts.  Also check out: and Airbnb, for more options. 

* Accommodations are NOT included  in cost. You are free to book your own Accommodation anywhere in Tulum. We already have 10 guests signed up and they have so far chosen to stay at Ahau Tulum.

Airport Info

Fly into Cancun,  where you will need to catch a taxi outside of the airport to Ahau Tulum the drive is around 1.5 hours and will cost $120 per taxi each way. If you are more comfortable with us booking the taxis for you, you will need to add this cost on when booking and we can arrange after you give us your flight details.

*Airfare is NOT included in cost. You will need to book your own flights and provide us with your arrival and departure details.

Meal Info

Enjoy 2 large and nutritious meals daily accompanied by coffee and a Jungle protein his/hers protein shake provided by Raw Love . Bring extra cash for 3rd meal of the day & excursions.

*Vegan & Vegetarian, gluten and dairy free meals are available in many of the restaurants and cafes along the beach but please let us know your dietary requirements in advance if you need further assistance.

Your Trainers


Katie Davies has been a Private Trainer & fitness coach for over 10 years, running a private training studio in the U.K. whilst also traveling around the world to train private clients or teach at fitness retreats & military style boot camps.

Her style of training is a mixture of strength and conditioning, weight training, power lifting, mixed martial arts, HIIT & functional movement combinations, in a fun and unique way. Training and competing are her life, she loves passing on her skills and motivating clients using a variety of training techniques & tools that she acquired from a lifetime of competing.   

  • A competitive national athlete and a jack of all sports Katie has competed nationally as a gymnast, swimmer and triathlete.

  • Ironman competitor: Consists of a 2.4 mile (3.86 km) open water swim, 112 mile (180.25 km) bicycle ride then finished off with a marathon - 26 miles (42.20 km)

  • Black belt in kick boxing & qualified for the national power lifting championships in Mexico

  • Yoga instructor

  • Thai and deep tissue Masseuse

Lesley is the manager of OVERDRIVEsports since 2009. Lesley was in the army for 14 years (infantry) and the last years of her career he was responsible for sports for all her fellow soldiers. Lesley is also a 2 time world champion Thaiboxing.

OVERDRIVE  is a personalized version of very high intensity of sports for people who just want to go one step further. in other words: sweating harder, stepping out your comfort zone but also getting a better physique and  having more fun.  All this through functional training, HIIT, Thai boxing, circuit training and fitness. Lesley considers herself  lucky that she made her passion her job and is able to transfer her enthusiasm to trainees.

Remember to book your own accommodation & flights. Let us know if you would like to add on airport transfers for a cost of $120 each way and any additional extras.
